Raye Lynn at Fuller Wellness Center has changed my life! Before I began treatment with her, I suffered almost constant pain in my shoulder, neck, and back, along with weakness in my hands. I had been treating with an orthopedic for over a decade, and after various treatments and physical therapy had seen little to nothing in the way of progress. I also suffered from what I had believed for years were migraines, headaches I dealt with weekly that I treated with prescription medication. At my first visit while discussing my problem areas, she brought up TMJ, and I began weekly neuromuscular therapy sessions that included TMJ massage. The progress was immediate. After that first visit, I was pleasantly surprised when I realized I was going almost a full week without pain, and no headaches! After a few weeks, we started timing my visits further apart, and I am now scheduling my visits every six weeks. I have been seeing Raye Lynn since the beginning of January, 2011, and have only had to take my migraine meds once during that time, and it was, admittedly, after I had missed a couple of visits. Six months ago I was lethargic and in chronic pain, struggling to keep up with two small kids. Today, I have begun running, biking and swinging a tennis racket again, and the two headaches I have had lately were due to the arrival of Spring and the pollen that comes with it, not my TMJ. I have so much more energy, and my family is definitely enjoying the difference. Once upon a time, I couldn't imagine making it through the day without pain. Now?
